These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kick Info (the “Site”), available at kickinfo.net. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The service

Kick Info is a free, unofficial public dashboard that aggregates publicly available information about Kick.com channels — viewer counts, follower history, stream sessions, and top categories — for analytics and research. Kick Info is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick.com or its operators. All channel names, logos, stream titles, and game categories shown belong to their respective owners.

2. Use of the site

You may use the Site for personal and non-commercial research and analytics. You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest data from the Site beyond what robots.txt and reasonable rate limits allow.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or infrastructure.
• Reproduce or redistribute large portions of the Site’s aggregated data as your own product.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or otherwise harm any streamer or third party.

3. Accuracy and availability

Statistics are computed from public Kick.com endpoints and are provided “as-is”. Numbers may lag, contain gaps, or be inaccurate due to upstream API changes, rate limits, outages, or bugs in our software. We make no guarantee about availability, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Site content

The Site’s code, design, layout, and original written content are © 2026 Kick Info. All rights reserved.

4.2 Third-party content

Channel names, display names, avatars, banners, stream titles, thumbnails, and game categories shown on the Site are property of their respective owners (the streamers, Kick.com, or game publishers). They appear here in service of factual reporting on public broadcast activity. If you are a rights holder and believe your material is shown in a way that exceeds fair use, contact us at hello@kickinfo.netand we’ll review the request promptly.

5. Advertising

The Site may display ads served by Google AdSense and its partners. See our Privacy policy for details on the cookies and data those services use. We do not control the content of third-party ads.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KICK INFO, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

8. Streamer requests

If you are a Kick.com streamer and would like your channel removed from the Site, email hello@kickinfo.net from an account verifiably tied to the channel (e.g. an email referenced in your Kick profile). We will disable tracking on request.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
